Terms of use

Last updated: 12 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Bride To Be when you use bridetobe.uk. Please read them before creating an account. By creating an account, you agree to them. They don’t affect your legal rights as a consumer.

1. About us

bridetobe.uk is run by Bride To Be, a small business based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at bridetobedigitalco@gmail.com.

2. What we provide

Bride To Be is an online wedding planner. It includes a budget planner, guest list and RSVPs, seating plan, checklist, mood boards, supplier search, honeymoon planner and a wedding website with invitations that couples can share with their guests.

There is a free plan and a paid Complete Planner. What each includes and the current prices are shown on our pricing section. We’re a new service and we keep improving it, so features may change. We won’t take away something you’ve paid for without offering a fair alternative or refund.

3. Your account

4. Your content and your guests

5. Invitations and RSVPs

We work hard to make sure every reply reaches you, but we can’t guarantee that every guest will receive your invitation, open it or reply. Messages sent through WhatsApp or other apps are sent from your own account and are subject to that app’s rules. Please keep an eye on your guest list and follow up with anyone who hasn’t replied.

6. Supplier search and places to stay

Supplier and accommodation listings come from free public maps (OpenStreetMap). We don’t check, recommend or endorse any business shown, and their details may be out of date. Always check reviews, contracts and prices yourself before booking. Any agreement you make is between you and that business.

7. Paying for the Complete Planner

8. Refunds

If you change your mind, you can have a full refund within 14 days of paying, as long as you haven’t used the paid features. That means you haven’t yet sent invitations or collected RSVPs through your wedding website. Just email us from the address on your account.

If something doesn’t work as it should, tell us and we’ll fix it. If we can’t, we’ll give you a fair refund. This is on top of your legal rights.

9. Keeping the service running

We aim to keep bridetobe.uk available at all times, but occasionally it may be unavailable for updates or for reasons outside our control. We can’t promise it will never go down or lose information, so we recommend downloading a copy of your plans from Backup & export from time to time, especially close to your wedding.

10. Our responsibility to you

11. Closing your account

You can stop using Bride To Be at any time. To close your account and delete your plans, email us and we’ll do it within 30 days. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we can.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service grows. We’ll change the date at the top and, for important changes, let couples know before they take effect.

13. The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. If you have a problem, please email us first — we’d much rather put things right.
